I agree to pay Dream Construction, Inc to build my website. The following terms and conditions apply:
Domain Registration, Web Hosting, and Business Email Address
- Domain Name: Dream Construction Agrees to register a domain name for the Client. The domain name will be registered for two years and will be renewed automatically unless the Client notifies Dream Construction Inc in writing of its intent to not renew. If the Client is no longer a Client of Dream Construction Inc at the time of renewal the Domain would have been transferred and the Client resumes responsibility of the Domain Name.
- Business Email Address: Dream Construction Inc agrees to provide the Client with a business email address. The business email address will be created according to the Domain Name and the client will notify and agree in writing as to what the email address should be. The business email address will have to be renewed on a yearly basis.
- Web Hosting: Dream Construction Inc agrees to provide the Client with web hosting services. The web hosting will be provided as long as this Agreement remains in effect and will be renewed automatically with this Agreement unless the Client notifies Dream Construction Inc in writing of their intent to not renew.
- Ownership: The Client will own all rights, titles, and interests in the domain name and business email address. Upon cancellation of this Agreement, the domain name will be transferred to the web hosting of the Client’s choice. Dream Construction will no longer host the Domain specified by the Client.
- Confidentiality: Dream Construction agrees to keep all information relating to the Client and the services confidential and not to disclose such information to any third party without the Client’s prior written consent.
Website Build
- Scope of Work: Dream Construction Inc agrees to build a website for the Client with 5 standard pages, including a home page, an about page, a contact page, a FAQ page, and a services page, according to the client’s specifications. Dream Construction Inc will provide the Client with a draft of the pages for review and approval. The Client will have the opportunity to request revisions to any pages before final approval. Dream Construction Inc will ensure that the website is properly designed, developed, and tested and that it meets the Client’s requirements.
- Ownership: The Client will own all rights, title, and interest in the website built by Dream Construction Inc
- Dream Construction, Inc. retains the right to use all materials created for promotional purposes.
- Confidentiality: Dream Construction Inc agrees to keep all information relating to the Client and the website confidential and not to disclose such information to any third party without the Client’s prior written consent.
- In the event the instructions for the pages are followed completely and the Client changes their mind about what they want on the website, the Client will be required to purchase additional pages. Work will not begin on additional pages until payment is received.
- In the event the Client would like additional pages the Client can purchase additional web pages and work will begin on those pages when payment is received, and those pages will be added to the website.
Client’s Responsibilities:
- The client agrees to provide all necessary information and materials to Dream Construction, Inc in a timely manner.
- Dream Construction Inc will not be held responsible for any delays or issues caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information or materials.
- The client agrees to pay Dream Construction Inc the agreed-upon fee for the marketing funnel build services.
- The Client agrees to provide feedback and approval on all deliverables in a timely manner.
- Dream Construction Inc will not be held responsible for any delays or issues caused by the client’s failure to provide feedback and approval in a timely manner.
- The Client agrees to keep all information and materials provided by Dream Construction Inc confidential.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, United States of America.
Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the marketing funnel build.
Signatures:
By signing below, the parties acknowledge that they have read and understand the terms of this Agreement and agree to be bound by them. The parties further acknowledge that they have the authority to enter into this Agreement and that their signatures below constitute a binding agreement. The parties agree that facsimile or electronic signatures shall have the same force and effect as original signatures.
This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. This signature statement to bind the contract is in addition to any other provisions in this Agreement.
